Genç güreşçiler kategorisinde 1., 2. ve 3. olan sporcuların ödülleri Güreş Ağası Selçuk ÖZTÜRK tarafından takdim edildi.
Recep KARA, Orhan OKULU, Abdullah GÜNGÖR, Mehmet YEŞİL YEŞİL, Fatih ATLI, Osman AYNUR gibi isimler de şampiyonluk için mücadele veren pehlivanlar arasındaydı. Yarı final karşılaşmasında Abdullah GÜNGÖR, Orhan OKULU’yu, Mehmet YEŞİL YEŞİL ise Fatih ATLI’yı mağlup ederek isimlerini finale yazdırdılar.
Final karşılaşmasında yaklaşık iki saat süren mücadelenin ardından Abdullah GÜNGÖR, Mehmet YEŞİL YEŞİL’i mağlup ederek başpehlivan oldu.
