30 Temmuz Pazar günümüzü ayırarak Ankara’dan Eskişehir’e yola çıktık. Amacımız güzel ve güneşli bir günde Eskişehir’in temiz yayla havasını teneffüs ederek kıran kırana bir yağlı güreş müsabakası izlemekti.
Öğle saatlerinde Eskişehir’e ulaştık. Kütahya yolu üzerinde ilerledik ancak güreşlerin yapıldığı festival alanını işaret eden herhangi bir yönlendirme tabelasına rastlayamadık. Dernek başkanına telefonla ulaşmamız sonucunda alana gelebildik. İlk gözümüze çarpan konu festival alanında otopark sorunu. Araçlar gelişigüzel park edildiği için trafik yoğunluğu yaşanmaktaydı. Piknikçiler gelişigüzel her alanı işgal etmişti. Ankara’dan 2 saatlik bir yolculuk sonrası, sadece bu yağlı güreşleri izleyerek sizleri bilgilendirme amacı güden ekibimize – yoğunluktan olsa gerek – herhangi bir mihmandarlık yapılmadı, bir masa tahsis edilmedi, elektrik tertibatı ayarlanmadı. Biz yine de habercilik görevlerimizi eksiksiz yerine getirdik.
Pek çok güreş festivalinde karşılaştığımız benzer sorunlar 2. Eskişehir’deki Samsunlular ve Vezirköprülüler Yardımlaşma Derneği’nin düzenlediği festivalde de kendini gösterdi.
Başlıca sorunlar şöyle:
Mescit Yok: Dualı bir spor olan yağlı güreşi icra eden pehlivanlar, eğitmenleri, basın ve seyircilerin ibadet ihtiyacını gidermeye yönelik daha duyarlı yaklaşım sergilenmeli.
Uzayan Müsabaka Süresi: Misafirlerin geç gelmesi, bitmek bilmeyen cazgır manileri, siyasi tanıtımlar, katılımcı anonsları, gerekli gereksiz her türlü anons, müsabakalara yapılan itirazlar, pehlivan yaralanmaları, güreş ağası ihalesi, başka dallarda başarılı olmuş sporcuların anonsları ve tanıtımları da dahil daha onlarca konu güreş müsabakalarının arasına sıkıştırıldığı için katılan pehlivan sayısı az olmasına rağmen güreşlerin bitiş saati akşam yine 19:00’u buldu.
Çayır Temizliği, Düzeni ve Standartlara Uygun Olmaması: Her ne kadar görüştüğümüz dernek yetkilileri çayır temizliğinin bir kaç kez yapıldığını vurgulasalar da pehlivanlar çayırdaki cam kırıkları, taş parçaları ve farklı objeler nedeniyle yaralandılar. Güreş alanında bulunması zorunlu olan sağlık ekipleri günboyu ve anında yaralanan pehlivanlara müdahale ettiler. Çayır düz ve güreşe elverişli olmalıydı fakat yer yer çukurlar vardı bu da pehlivanları zorlayan unsur oldu. Ayrıca çayırın en az 30 metre çapında olması gereken ebadı standarda uygun değildi. Genel olarak festival alan temizliği de sorunluydu fakat bu konudaki sorumluluk dernek yönetiminden ziyade gerekli özeni göstermeyen duyarsız güreş severlerdeydi.
Cazgır Sorunu: Cazgırlar yağlı güreşlerin bitmeyen sorunlarının kaynağı olmaya devam etmektedir. Sıkıyönetim dönemlerinden kalma askerlere kıta dur selam çakmalar, gerekli gereksiz maniler kıssalar patlatmalar, pehlivanları doğru ve anlaşılır biçimde halka tanıtma için kullanılacak zamanı siyasi propaganda için harcamalar. Güreşseverlerin tepkisine neden olan esas sorun ise; asıl görevleri yağlı güreş müsabakalarını sade ve tertipli biçimde sunma olan cazgırların bu görevlerinin dışına taşarak organizasyon yöneticisi gibi davranmaları ve rol çalmalarıdır. Yağlı güreş müsabakaları eline mikrofon geçirenlerin kulak tırmaladıkları, olur olmaz her kişinin reklamını yaptıkları etkinlikler olma durumundan çıkarılmalıdır.
Davulcular: Öncelikle şunu belirtelim ki; Yağlı güreş müsabakalarının davul-zurna ekibi düğünlerde çalan davulcu ve zurnacılar olmak zorunda değildir. Müsabakaların yeterli bütçeleri vardır. Bu nedenle Türk Halk Müziği eğitimi almış genç konservatuvar mezunu müzisyenler tercih edilmelidir. Bu müzisyenlere, yağlı güreşe özel çalınacak havalar liste halinde verilmeli ve mutlaka mutlaka güreşin akışına uygun olarak müzik hızlandırılmalı veya yavaşlatılmalıdır. Halkı coşturmak için davul-zurna ekibi yağlı güreşin olmazsa olmazları arasındadır. Fakat çoğu zaman davul-zurna ekibi farklı havada seyirci farklı havada güreş bambaşka havada yürüyor.
Yağ Sorunu: Bildiğiniz üzere yağlı güreşlerde pehlivanlar zeytinyağı ile yağlanır. Fakat son dönemlerde zeytinyağının pahalı olduğu öne sürülerek ayçicek yağı tercih edilir oldu. Kuşkusuz bu bütçesi yeterli olmayan etkinlikler için kabul edilebilir bir gerekçedir. Ancak yukarıda da vurguladığımız gibi biz festivalin bütçesinin yeterli olduğu izlenimini edindik. Buna rağmen gelenek dikkate alınmadı ve maalesef zeytinyağı yerine ayçicek yağı kullanıldı.
Pehlivanların Giyinme Soyunma Kabinleri: Pehlivanlar, Yağlı Güreşlerin baş aktörleridir. Üstelik sadece Baş ve Başaltılar değil Minikler, Desteler, Tozkoparanlar dahil tamamı. Kıspet giyeni de Pırpıt ile güreşeni de. Fakat Samsunlular ve Vezirköprülüler Yağlı Güreşlerinde de Pehlivanlara yeterli özen gösterilmedi. Giyinme & Soyunma kabini olarak tahtadan derme çatma kapısı bile olmayan bir baraka vardı, ki bu da piknikçiler ve güreşsever ailelerin geçiş yolundaydı. Mahremiyete dikkat edilmedi.
Pehlivanların Dinlenme Alanları: Yüze yakın pehlivanın dinlenmeleri için sadece plastik bir kaç sandalye konulmuş ve özel bir bölme dahi ayrılmamıştı. Halbuki TGF’nin müsabaka talimatı bambaşka hususlar içeriyor.
Duş Sorunu: Duş kabinini göremedik. Belki vardı ama Başpehlivanlar dahi sokakta ortalık yerde sabunlanıp duş aldılar.
Basın: TGF Güreş Müsabaka talimatına göre Basın için Özel bölüm ayrılmalıydı. En başta da bahsettiğimiz gibi bu hususun hiçbir biçimde dikkate alınmadığı gözlendi
WC: Festival alanındaki genel WClerin dışında pehlivanlar için WC göremedik. Genel WClerde sıra beklemek çile, tuvaletlerin temizlik ve düzeni ise içler acısıydı.
Yönlendirme Tabelaları: Hiçbir yerde yeterli yönlendirme ve bilgilendirme tabelası ve işaret levhası yoktu. Elbette YÜCE KULE HAKEMLİĞİ hariç!
Ağalık İhalesi: Ağalık ihalesinin adından başlayarak tüm süreçleri gözden geçirilmeli. İnsanları sıra sıra dizerek tek tek ilkokul çocuğuna soru sorar gibi ve üstelik CAZGIR marifetiyle – cazgırın ağalıkla ilgisini anlayamıyoruz- teklif ve fiyat artırma usûlü baştan aşağı değiştirilmeli.
Tabii daha pek çok farklı olumsuz husus vardı ancak biz bunları dile getirmiyoruz. Aksine dile getirdiğimiz esas konu Samsunlular ve Vezirköprülüler Derneği yağlı güreş seyircilerinin diğer etkinliklerde gözlemlediğimiz seyirciden daha uygar bir izleyici olmaları oldu.
